WrocRunTours is a small, one-person project for now — not a big company with a legal team. Here's a plain-language rundown of what data we collect and why.
Who controls the data
The person running WrocRunTours is the data controller — reach out at kontakt@wrocruntours.pl with any questions about your data.
What we collect through the booking form
The Booking form asks for your name, email, phone, and optionally a preferred date and notes. This data exists to arrange and run the tour. We don't share it with anyone beyond our email delivery provider (Resend, US), which technically delivers your submission to our inbox.
News about new dates
The form has a separate, optional checkbox — tick it and we may write to you about new dates and upcoming tours. Leave it unticked and you'll only ever get a reply to your own enquiry. To opt out later, one line to kontakt@wrocruntours.pl is enough.
Google Analytics and cookies
We only load Google Analytics after you accept the cookie banner — it helps us see how many people visit and which tours are popular. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. Declining doesn't limit your ability to book a tour in any way.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or restrict the data we hold about you — just email kontakt@wrocruntours.pl and we'll handle it personally.
How long we keep data
We keep booking submissions only as long as needed to run the tour and handle any related bookkeeping, then delete them.
